Shipping Returns

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. You have 14 calendar days to return items purchased at ShelbyBrothers.com, from the day you received your order. We ask you to use this service with care and consideration.

2. All items must be unused and unaltered i.e. in the same condition they were received. Items must be returned to us in their original packaging, including the return & exchange form.

3. Only items that are shipped back within 14 days after being delivered and that are accompanied by a printed and filled out return & exchange form are taken back by us.

4. Please note that you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Always ask for a track&trace code so you can track your return online. Should you notice that the package is still not delivered after two weeks, please contact our customer service.

 


EXCHANGE
Yes, don’t you worry: it’s also possible to exchange items.

  1. You have 14 calendar days to exchange items purchased at ShelbyBrothers.com, from the day you received your order. Please fill out the return & exchange form fully. We recommend that you check our webshop to see if the item that you would like in exchange for your return is still available. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of your return.
  2. Always ask for a track&trace code so you can track your return online. Shelby Brothers Ltd. can never be held responsible when your return doesn’t arrive. Once we’ve received the item(s) you would like to exchange, we’ll send you an email with the status of your return and the shipping information for the new order.
  3. The shipping time of the new item(s) may vary and depends on the country it has to be shipped to.

REFUND
Oy, so you want your money back?
Well, that can be arranged of course as long as you stick to the following conditions:

  1. Once we’ve received your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  2. Should items be damaged, discoloured, worn or in any other way altered or if items are not shipped in their original packaging, we have the right to deny a (full) refund.
  3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), within 14 calendar days.
  4. If you have received a wrong or a defect product, please contact our customer support before returning the product.
