PLEASE NOTE: For shipments outside the EU, import duties, taxes and/or customs clearance fees may be charged by the carrier or local customs authorities. These charges are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Times

  • Within the EU: average 2–5 business days

  • Outside the EU: average 5–15 business days (depending on destination and customs)

  • Made-to-order products (such as tailored suits and hand-painted shoes) have a longer delivery time, which is always stated on the product page.
