Visiting Shelby Brothers

Shelby Brothers is an online shop operating from a warehouse. We therefore do not have a physical shop with walk-in access. Would you like to visit us to be measured for a made-to-measure suit, try on a ready-to-wear suit or receive personal advice? This is of course possible, but by appointment only.

Visits by appointment

Appointments are available from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00.

During your visit, you can:

  • be measured for a made-to-measure suit;
  • try on ready-to-wear suits;
  • receive personal advice about fit, sizing and combinations;
  • view fabrics, accessories and matching items.

An appointment is required so that we can reserve enough time for you and provide personal assistance.

Appointments outside regular hours

An appointment on a weekday evening or at the weekend is possible by arrangement. As we are not a physical shop with fixed opening hours, a visit outside regular hours means that someone must specifically come to the premises. This involves additional costs, including staff time, opening and preparing the premises, the use of the building and its facilities, and travel expenses.

We therefore charge the following fee for appointments outside regular hours:

  • €60 for the first hour
  • then €20 for each started half hour

This fee is separate from any purchases and will be discussed with you in advance.

Personal assistance and online shop offers

Our online shop prices and offers are designed for online orders. During a visit, we personally assist you with advice, measuring, fitting and selecting your items. This personal service involves additional costs for us and is not normally included in the product prices.

For this reason, offers during a visit may differ from the offers available in our online shop. For example, an online shop offer of 20% off may be 10% off during a visit. The exact discount or price will be discussed with you during the visit.

The fee for appointments outside regular hours and the adjusted offers during a visit therefore each have their own reason:

  • The appointment fee applies to the additional opening and staffing of the premises outside regular hours.
  • The different offers take into account the additional personal assistance and guidance provided during your visit.
